Finances Management
Allows entry of all company vehicles and their characteristics. Generates repair requests that must be approved. Enables a full analysis of all expenses incurred for each individual vehicle. Creating and printing offers and contracts/orders from the system with automatic calculation of price quotes for all products offered by the company, such as blinds/mosquito nets, based on product type, dimensions, and customer type (distributor or end customer). Storing information about the status of the inquiry - whether the dimensions have been taken, when the installation will be done. There is also a functionality for "Managing Relationships with Distributors," which enables the generation of different price lists for each distributor, along with their applicable discounts and bonuses.

  • A schedule for taking measurements with the ability to graphically track the workload of the measurers, an automatic suggestion from the system for the time to take measurements based on the products that need to be taken from the customer.
  • The system can also generate contracts/orders by the measurer and record payments. A daily schedule of measurements can be printed, providing the measurer with addresses, phone numbers, agreed-upon times, and tasks for each day.
