Trade Process

It allows storing a database of clients, entering inquiries from potential or existing customers, and tracking their progress towards an offer/contract/order. Creating and printing offers and contracts/orders from the system with automatic calculation of price quotes for all products offered by the company, such as blinds/mosquito nets, based on product type, dimensions, and customer type (distributor or end customer). Storing information about the status of the inquiry - whether the dimensions have been taken, when the installation will be done. There is also a functionality for "Managing Relationships with Distributors," which enables the generation of different price lists for each distributor, along with their applicable discounts and bonuses.

Schedules for Activities Planning and Tracking

  • A schedule for taking measurements with the ability to graphically track the workload of the measurers, an automatic suggestion from the system for the time to take measurements based on the products that need to be taken from the customer.
  • The system can also generate contracts/orders by the measurer and record payments. A daily schedule of measurements can be printed, providing the measurer with addresses, phone numbers, agreed-upon times, and tasks for each day.

Finances

  • A system for calculating and tracking the balances, deposits, and bonuses of contractors that are calculated during the entry of contracts/orders.
  • Financial management of the company, including issuing and recording primary accounting documents (revenues and expenses), managing cash flows, bank accounts, and more.
  • It allows for the automatic posting of paid advances and adjusts the deposit amount when the order is modified.
  • It covers and monitors the entire cash flow of the company, recording payments made by customers, distributed by orders.

It allows the sale of individual items that are not associated with and, therefore, not included in the production of windows and doors, in the sales inventory, and their automatic removal from the inventory.

  • Management of the production process involves planning the production of different types of items based on the completion deadlines for individual orders/contracts. 
  • It includes generating production requests from contracts/orders. 
  • It allows for setting the capacity of individual departments and tracking their workload. 
  • It also provides the capability to mark on the production schedule whether a specific product has been manufactured or not.

Delivery Schedule

The system supports a delivery schedule for finished products/completed orders that need to be delivered to specific customers/distributors. Delivery requests are created automatically based on the order deadlines, and there's an option to predefine the transportation means with their specific capacity based on the type/product (blinds, windows, mosquito nets, etc.).

Human Resources

It provides calculation of additional compensation for employees, maintains a database of employee records, manages employee leaves, provides reports on employee absences, offers an electronic form for submitting and approving business trips, and supports work shift schedules.

Inventory and Vehicles

  • It allows you to register all the company's vehicles and their details. 
  • It generates repair requests that need approval. 
  • It enables the creation of a complete analysis of expenses incurred for each vehicle. 
  • It includes an "Inventory" and "Personal Protective Equipment" function that allows for the creation of inventory files and a separate nomenclature for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) items that are included in the PPE inventory.

Installation

  • It can manage the installation process of the finished product by means of installation requests to be automatically generated from orders/contracts according to their progress.
  • It can form teams and allocates a budget for consumables for the various assembly activities of the individual products.

An internal information board that publishes various types of messages to employees and assigns tasks to them. Using a unified calendar throughout the organization, meetings, commitments, tasks, regular events, and minutes of meetings are tracked.
