Patient Registry

The main goal of the module is to create a registry of all the clinic's patients, where necessary information for each patient can be described, such as names, ID data, contact details, partner's details, blood type, diagnosis, etc. Once such a patient registry is created and based on its integration with the modules described below, the system can provide a complete report on that patient's file. This includes not only the primary data but also the number of times the patient has visited the clinic, what examinations they have undergone, what recommended tests they need to perform, and what procedures and/or tests have been conducted on them.

Laboratory

In this module, all tests associated with various laboratories such as Clinical, Microbiology, Genetics, Molecular Genetics, Sperm Analysis can be registered. For optimal operation, the module creates different types of records that represent the results of the tests based on the samples taken. The tests are generated based on the services listed in the Ward Round Sheet, which is filled out at the registration desk during each patient visit.

In addition to the test itself, the system also fills in a nomenclature base for the indicators of the parameters in the tests, and according to these, the system can print a paper copy for the patient.

Costs

The module can record all expenses incurred by the laboratory: receipts, cash register notes, invoices, etc. The module allows for a detailed analysis of the types of expenses incurred, such as external services, restocking of medications, consumables, etc.

Reports

Gives information on:

  • Turnover made by the laboratory, per procedure, for a specific period of time.
  • Clients who have reached a certain turnover within a period of time, with the option to review all procedures per client.
  • Clients who have visited the clinic for the first time over a certain period of time. 
  • Amounts due for a period of time. 
  • Client file. 
  • Cash/bank movements for a period. 
  • Schedule/visits management.

Commercial Module

  • Inquiries registry and processing.

Contracts

  • Contracts with clients and suppliers can be registered in the system.

  • The system automatically reminds of contract related events, such as contract expiration, monthly reminders for payments on supplier contracts, and more.

Invoicing

  • Creating sales, issuing invoices, and all other financial documents, and monitoring payments on them. 
  • Reports for tracking due amounts, outstanding amounts, and mass sending of official personalized letters. 
  • Calculating interest bills with the option for mass creation and sending of such for paid overdue invoices.

Warehouse Management

The system provides a full-featured module for warehouse management, allowing for the definition of multiple warehouses, inter-warehouse transfers, audits, batches, serial numbers, and shelf life of items, inventory, and goods receipt and issue protocols. Warehouse management is integrated with the system's operational module—for instance, when issuing a protocol for completed work and materials used, the system can write-off the listed items from the respective warehouse.

Detailed information and log of activities for the repair of equipment and facilities, as well as a detailed description of the performed maintenance activities.
