Doctor/Pharmacy Records

Each doctor/pharmacy has an electronic record with contact numbers, specialty, working hours, tasks performed, etc. Initial data import for doctors and pharmacies is possible. Doctors can be assigned to different regions, and such regions can be distributed among medical representatives.

Management of Medical Representatives' Activities

The system sets goals for visits by category, and campaigns promoting specific products can be recorded. Planning the visits of medical representatives is done through a screen that, after entering the representative's name and the region they will be working in, loads all doctors/pharmacies/sites that are in operation. After selecting the places planned for a visit, they are displayed on the representatives' system screen. Depending on the user rights, work planning can be centralized and/or the representative can choose their route.

Analysis

The system allows tracking the work of each representative, including where they have been, the number of meetings conducted, the content of discussions, and whether they have achieved their set goals. Representatives can also independently check their own performance results within the system.

Warehouse Management

The system provides a fully functional module for warehouse management with the ability to define multiple warehouses, inter-warehouse transfers, revisions, batches, serial numbers, and expiration dates of items, as well as the recording of stock and issuance-receipt protocols. Warehouse management is integrated with the operational module of the system – for example, when issuing a protocol for performed work and attached materials, the system can deduct the specified items from the respective warehouse. Each representative can represent a separate warehouse, and stock can be assigned to it from the central warehouse.

Production

The system automates periodic and one-time invoice generation, tracks payments, and automates processes like reminders. It manages expense invoices, offers budget tracking, and provides reports on outstanding amounts. Users can generate comparative turnover reports and send official letters for overdue invoices with customizable content.

Production Register

The system records all products offered by the company, as well as all advertising and presentation materials for which the system can manage inventory and track availability.

Financial Module

The system automates periodic and one-time invoice generation, tracks payments, and automates processes like reminders. It manages expense invoices, offers budget tracking, and provides reports on outstanding amounts. Users can generate comparative turnover reports and send official letters for overdue invoices with customizable content.

Group Calendar

All commitments not related to visits to doctors/pharmacies are entered into a calendar used by the entire company. The commitments entered in the calendar are visualized in the representatives' activity reporting screen.
