Client File

For every client, supplier, courts, institutions, etc., there are specific information, related inquiries, offers, requests, contracts, as well as contacts included.

Document Flow

Orders/Cases

The system registers all consultancy projects/orders and cases that the company handles for its clients. For every income source, a principal, description, completion deadline, and payment method is defined - either a fixed sum or hourly rate.

Tasks and Reporting

Tasks from clients are entered into the system and assigned to the responsible attorneys for execution. Necessary time can be planned, and tasks can be prioritized based on that. Reports are generated for clients based on defined rates.
