How It All Started

BGService was born back in 2002 when Julian and Blagomir decided to turn their hobby of solving computer issues for friends, acquaintances, and occasionally companies into a business venture. Like any beginning that combines almost zero business experience with zero finances, it was challenging. The company's first "office" was a rented room, with the primary piece of furniture being an old classical piano.

As part of their tasks, the partners helped business clients successfully implement the business information systems they had purchased. In the process, they noticed that when clients wanted the software to adapt to their specific needs, they often got responses like "It's impossible," "It can't be done," "This is a standard software functionality."

Driven by youthful enthusiasm and ignorance of what they were getting into, they decided to create their own information system that could accommodate the specific requirements that each operating business had. This is how nZoom was born.

"We wanted to help people better manage their businesses. With our software, clients could zoom in deep into their processes while also stepping back and seeing the big picture."

The Magic of Team Work

The implementation of an information system is a complex process and requires a well-coordinated team to achieve a successful project implementation. Furthermore, the system needs to be continuously supported and developed to adapt to the changing business environment.

Everything starts with our implementers who are the link between our clients' business world and the technical side of the developers. We understand that effective communication is the most critical component in the implementation process. That's why we strive to speak our clients' language and deeply understand the way they work. At nZoom, many of the configuration settings are performed without developer intervention, so our implementers are engaged not only in designing the solution but also in a significant part of its customization.

Developers are our wizards who sometimes operate on the border between sound logic and magic. They enhance and improve nZoom modules, establish connections with other systems, or prepare specific query screens that maximize customer satisfaction.

We can proudly say that for more than 17 years we haven't had a fatal issue that would stop the system. This means the quality control has to be at a very high level. Our testers ensure that all developments work correctly and with minimal deviations.

"Better rich and healthy than poor and sick" to us sounds like "Better good software with excellent support than a bad system with no service." We realize that regardless of the qualities of a software solution, continuous support is the main reason users are satisfied with a particular software. Or not. That's why we have a support team and we use a request system that informs the customer about the status of their request. Certification of our work is also the fact that customers often turn to us to resolve issues with other software "because we are sure you will handle this, too."
