Every stock item is tracked by location, and the system allows adding an unlimited number of warehouses and tracking the stock in each of them in real time.

How much does warehouse software cost?

It starts from 0 if you choose an open-source solution. nZoom is in the mid-price segment, and we hope to cover a large part of the functionality of the systems in the upper price segment.

Which warehouse operations can be managed with the software?

Everything that affects the stock of goods. Goods receipt and handover protocols, stock reservations, stocktakes with protocols for shortages and surpluses.

Does it support barcodes and mobile devices?

The system offers integration with Android-based devices with built-in barcode readers for quickly ticking off order-picking tasks or receiving goods.

Can the software be integrated with an online store?

Yes, as long as automated data input from the respective online store is possible (in technical jargon – we need an API).

How is stocktaking performed?

Warehouse by warehouse, on the entire stock or partially on a part of the warehouse. At present, the user still enters or scans the items manually. In the future we expect this to also happen with the help of Artificial Intelligence and photos.

Is it suitable for companies with several warehouses?

Yes, we support that.

Is it possible to track batches and expiry dates?

Yes, it is. Keep in mind, however, that once you introduce batches for your items, a batch has to be selected / entered for every single warehouse operation with them. Accordingly, some of the automations we can offer will not be usable.

What support is offered?

The monthly fee includes regular software updates as well as a certain number of support hours from our team.

Does it require installation or can it be used online?

The system runs in the browsers of Windows, MacOS or Chromebook machines, as well as on iOS and Android based devices. When an integrated barcode device is required, only Android is supported.
