Manufacturing Software

More efficiency in your production processes with less costs and errors.

What is manufacturing software?

Intelligent management of your production operations

Manufacturing software is a platform that provides full visibility and traceability of the production process – from initial planning and purchasing of materials, through production operations, to the warehousing of finished goods. It can serve various types of production – serial, process or engineer-to-order – custom-designed products in limited quantities.

The system enables detailed scheduling and management of production capacity according to orders and deadlines. Through integration with specialized solutions and IoT sensors, the software automatically sends and receives machine data, updates stock levels and costs the processes, tracking the key metrics your business needs.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) about manufacturing planning software

Can it be integrated with our existing warehouse software?

It is possible, but it would be an unnecessary complication. In most companies the manufacturing software also plays the role of warehouse software. The reasons are related to transferring materials from the warehouses to production and receiving the finished goods into stock. There are cases where an integration with an existing system is required, or one system manages the movement of materials while another manages the finished products.

What does the implementation process look like?

  1. Analysis of the current production processes.
  2. Review of the production lines to decide whether an IoT / AI monitoring solution will be used or reporting will be done by an operator.
  3. Preparation of a technical specification.
  4. Configuration and preparation of test acceptance scenarios.
  5. Training the staff to work with the system.
  6. Testing of production orders and control.
  7. Go-live with technical support.

How long does the implementation take?

The implementation process depends on the active participation of both parties – client and provider. As a standard, such a system goes live within 3-4 months. Sometimes, however, there are delays. Our experience shows that in the vast majority of delayed implementations we are waiting for information or feedback from the client. The reason is that for us the implementation is the main priority and activity, while the company is focused on its day-to-day business and pays attention to the system only when time is left.

What support is offered after the implementation?

During the first weeks after go-live we offer a package of on-site hours and/or ongoing monitoring of how employees work with the system. Our observations show that this way people get used to the new system faster and have no chance to cement wrong practices in their work. After that, every client receives support through a specialized ticketing system, and during business hours they can also reach our support team by phone.

Does the software run in the cloud or only on-premise?

The standard operating environment of the system is a cloud infrastructure. At the client’s explicit request we can also plan an on-premise setup under certain contractual and technological conditions.

How much does the manufacturing software cost?

In the price list you can see the standard prices of the manufacturing system. To give a specific price for your project, we first need to make sure we can do the job, and then clarify your specific needs, particularities and the necessary integrations with other systems.
